Therapy is like gardening 🌱
You can’t force a plant to grow faster.
No matter how much you want it to change, heal, or bloom overnight—it doesn’t work that way.
But you can:
Prepare the soil.
Water it consistently.
Create the right conditions.
Gently remove what gets in the way.
Growth happens in its own time.
Not because you pushed harder—
but because you made space for it.
Healing is the same.
It’s not about rushing the process.
It’s about showing up, tending to what’s there, and trusting that change is happening—even when you can’t see it yet.
I hope you move through this week with a little more patience for your own process, trusting that even the small, quiet moments of care and intention are creating meaningful change beneath the surface.
